Beginning January 1, 2027, mentor coaching will require a new level of preparation through the ICF Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS).

Our Programs are built around the 6 ICF Mentor Coaching Competencies. Every hour is documented and ICF aligned. And every experience is designed to go beyond just qualified and toward genuinely excellent.
The MentorPath Core Path
10 ICF Hours | 2-Week Cohort | Enrolling Now
Designed for credentialed coaches who need 10 hours of mentor coaching specific education to meet the new ICF Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS) standard. This program offers a focused and efficient path to staying qualified and confident under the updated requirements.
Delivered live and highly interactive, each session is intentionally structured to deepen your skills while fully aligning with the Credit for Prior Learning MCQ pathway or renewal requirements. In each session you’ll actively engage, refine your approach, and strengthen your effectiveness as a mentor coach in real time.
Live, interactive and completely aligned to the Credit for Prior Learning MCS pathway or Renewal.

42 ICF Hours | Cohort Begins August 31, 2026 | Enrolling Now
Designed for credentialed coaches who are ready to earn their full ICF Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS) through the Standard Path - with the depth, the live experience, and the personal attention that turns your specialization into confidence.
Delivered across two connected phases, MentorPath Essential begins with 5 live Foundational sessions building the observational skills, feedback frameworks, and competency lens that great mentor coaching requires.
From there, you move into 9 intimate group sessions with Jille, were we dig into your personal experience of your specialized mentor coaching skills in a series of deep, reflective conversations. These conversations will develop your mentor coaching presence session by session and cover everything the ICF Standard Path requires.
ICF Requires that your 41 hours be at east 50% Live, so this program includes:
- 21 LIVE hours that are interactive, and fully aligned to the ICF Standard Path MCS requirements at the ACC, PCC, or MCC level.
- 21 Asynchrnous hours that you personalized by choosing from our asynchronous library and including your level-appropriate BARS or Markers training that will complete the experience on your own schedule, at your own pace.
Space is limited to 15 students. Cohort begins August 31, 2026, giving you a clear, structured path to your MCS well ahead of the January 2027 deadline.
Begin the Essential Path Mentor Coach JourneyThe MentorPath Immersive Path
61 Hours | Cohort Begins August 31, 2026 | Enrolling Now
Designed for credentialed coaches who want to go all the way and don't just do the minimum. Those of us who don't want to just qualifying for the MCS but emerging as a mentor coach of true depth, precision, and mastery. This is the most comprehensive mentor coaching education experience available.
Delivered across three connected phases, MentorPath Immersive begins with 5 Foundational sessions that build the essential skills every great mentor coach needs. From there you move into your Observed mentor coaching practicum where together you will show up for real practice, real feedback, and real growth, followed by three sessions of Mentoring on Your Mentoring, where you receive direct supervisory support on your own mentor coaching work.
Every Immersive student also receives a Private Individual Session with Jille.
The portion of the program provides 31 hours of Live, immersive, and fully aligned to both the ICF Standard Path MCS requirements and this program has applied for the Advanced Accreditation in Mentor Coaching (AAMC) standard at the ACC, PCC, or MCC level
You will also need 30 Asynchronous hours that you personalized by choosing from our asynchronous library and including your level-appropriate BARS or Markers training that will complete the experience on your own schedule, at your own pace.
If you have already completed the Bars and/or Marker Training at the ICF you will receive credit for that program in your asynchronous hours.
Space is strictly limited to 12 students. This is the only MentorPath Immersive cohort running before the January 2027 deadline.
