Tuition and Pathway Options

Becoming a fully certified coach is like climbing a mountain: it’s a journey that requires both preparation and practice to reach the peak. At CoachPath Academy, we guide you along this ascent, providing the essential skills, mentorship, and support you’ll need.

Imagine Phase 1 - Rise as the essential groundwork—you’ll be learning what it takes to reach basecamp. Here, you’ll gather tools, learn essential techniques, and become familiar with the fundamentals of coaching. This stage prepares you to start your climb, equipping you as an Associate who understands the basics and is prepared to begin. But reaching the summit requires more.

In Phase 2 - Elevate, you’re not just at basecamp anymore, you’re ascending to the peak. You’ll learn advanced skills, master new perspectives, and strengthen your coaching presence, preparing you to tackle challenges with confidence. At this stage, you become a fully equipped professional, ready to achieve the full certification and capability required to navigate the coaching landscape with skill and purpose. Phase 2 - Elevate is where you move toward the summit of your potential as a coach.

In Phase 3 – Soar, you’ve reached the summit and now, you rise beyond it. This is the stage where coaching becomes art. With the fundamentals behind you and the path well-traveled, you’re no longer climbing, you’re flying. In Phase 3 - Soar, you deepen your mastery, trust your own voice, and refine your coaching presence at the highest level. You’ll strengthen your ability to work with complex clients, step into mentorship or thought leadership, and bring greater depth and impact to every coaching conversation. Soar is where you shift from capable to masterful and impactful, grounded in both confidence and clarity. This is you reaching the top, living and leading from that expanded vantage point.

Tuition Details

Upon acceptance, you have an option of paying in full or beginning monthly payments, billed automatically on the same day each month.

Here’s a breakdown of tuition options:

Option 1

Combined Phase 1 and Phase 2 Tuition 

(at least a $1300 discount)

• Pay in full: $10,500
• 6-month payment plan: $11,000 total ($1833.33 per month)
• 12-month payment plan: $11,500 total ($958.33 per month)

Option 2

Separate Phase 1 and Phase 2 Tuition 

Phase 1 Tuition:

• $5900 if paid in full, including mentoring.
• 6-month payment plan for Phase 1 = $6300.00 total  = ($5750.00 after deducting application fee is $958.33 per month)
• 12-month payment plan for Phase 1  = $6600.00 total ($6050.00 after deducting application fee is $504.17 per month)

Phase 2 Tuition

• $5900 if paid in full, including mentoring.
• 6-month payment plan for Phase 1 = $6300.00 total  = ($5750.00 after deducting application fee is $958.33 per month)
• 12-month payment plan for Phase 1  = $6600.00 total ($6050.00 after deducting application fee is $504.17 per month)

Phase 3 Tuition:

• $5900 if paid in full, including mentoring.
• 6-month payment plan for Phase 1 = $6300.00 total  = ($5750.00 after deducting application fee is $958.33 per month)
• 12-month payment plan for Phase 1  = $6600.00 total ($6050.00 after deducting application fee is $504.17 per month)

A one-time $550 application fee is required and will be deducted from your tuition upon acceptance or refunded if you do not join the program.

We do not offer refunds. However, in the case of an extreme emergency, we can place your account on hold until you’re ready to rejoin the program.
