How to Decide on Your Mentor Coach Specialization Pathway

It will help you determine whether the Standard, Prior Learning, or Accredited pathway is the best fit for your journey toward earning your Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS).

The advanced pathway for coaches pursuing deeper mastery. MentorPath Immersive is the most comprehensive Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS) experience for credentialed coaches who want to move beyond meeting standards and develop the depth, precision, and presence of an exceptional mentor coach.

1. Mentor coaching clients who used your name as their mentor coach when they applied for their ICF credential and successfully obtained it.
2. Or these are 5 students within an ICF Accredited Coach Training Program who you mentored inside the program
3. Any combination or 1 and 2 adding up to 5.
