Testing - Phase 1 Coaching Assessment
As part of the journey to becoming a professional coach, each student must complete a practical assessment to demonstrate their readiness to coach at the beginner level. For this assessment, each student will submit a recording of a real coaching session with an actual client. This recording allows our experienced evaluators to assess key coaching competencies, ensuring that each student meets this level of proficiency.
Students receive feedback on their performance, helping them refine their skills and align closely with professional expectations. Successful completion of this assessment verifies that the student has the foundational skills and presence required to coach professionally. This testing step is an important milestone, affirming each student's growth and readiness for the next phase of their coaching career.
