CoachPath Academy – Phase 2 Course Descriptions:

Session 1: Orientation
This session sets the tone for your Phase 2 experience. You’ll meet your faculty, connect with your cohort, and explore how this next level of training supports your development as a confident advanced-level coach. We’ll walk through the structure, expectations, and rhythm of the program, while inviting you to reflect on how far you’ve come and where you’re headed.

Session 2: Coaching with Discernment, Advanced Coaching Skills
Advanced coaching requires the ability to make intentional, real-time decisions. In this session, you’ll strengthen your capacity to sense what is needed, when to reflect, when to challenge, and how to stay attuned to the client without losing direction. This is where technique begins to meet mastery.

Session 3: Mentor Coaching Circle 1
This first mentor coaching circle offers a supportive baseline for your growth. You’ll begin practicing the skills and receiving feedback aligned with advanced-level expectations. The goal here is clarity, not perfection, and a clear sense of what to build on moving forward.

Session 4: Your Coaching Path from Practice to Prosperity, Part 1
This session invites you to take a fresh look at your professional path. You’ll reflect on what prosperity means for you as a coach, clarify your niche and your message, and begin identifying the kind of business you want to create, one that is both aligned and sustainable.

Session 5: Your Coaching Path from Practice to Prosperity, Part 2
With your vision becoming clearer, you’ll begin translating it into real-world strategy. This session focuses on messaging, pricing, visibility, and the mindset shifts that support a business that feels grounded, purposeful, and fully your own.

Session 6: Ethics as a Living Practice
Ethics in coaching is not just about knowing the rules, it’s about applying them with discernment and integrity. In this session, you’ll explore how ethics lives within your daily decisions, client dynamics, and coaching presence. We’ll look at real-world scenarios and support you in building confidence as a principled and reflective professional.

Session 7: The Ripple Effect of a Coaching Mindset
The coaching mindset is a way of being that shapes how you show up in every part of your life. This session explores how cultivating curiosity, presence, and openness expands your impact beyond the session. You’ll reflect on how your mindset creates ripple effects for clients, colleagues, and communities.

Session 8: The Advanced Coach’s Toolbox
As coaching deepens, your need for flexible tools and frameworks increases. In this session, you’ll explore practical methods that support powerful coaching across a range of client styles and topics. From presence to awareness to growth, you’ll strengthen your ability to move skillfully through the coaching process with clarity and confidence.

Session 9: Neuroscience Part 1, The Neuroscience of Presence
Presence is a core competency, and neuroscience shows us why it matters. This session looks at how the brain responds to presence, trust, and attunement. You’ll learn how your way of being as a coach supports connection, safety, and the client’s ability to think clearly and grow.

Session 10: Neuroscience Part 2, Rewiring Habits, The Brain Science of Lasting Change
This session explores how coaching supports real behavioral change through the lens of habit formation and neuroplasticity. You’ll learn how to help clients build new patterns in alignment with how the brain actually works, creating change that is not just insightful but also sustainable.

Session 11: Neuroscience Part 3, The Neural Pathways of Connection
In the final neuroscience session, you’ll explore how empathy, co-regulation, and social wiring influence the coaching relationship. You’ll better understand how connection supports growth, and how to work with the invisible signals that shape safety and trust in your coaching conversations.

Session 12: Creating Powerful Agreements
Strong coaching begins with clear agreements. In this session, you’ll learn how to co-create structures that keep the work focused, aligned, and purposeful. You’ll explore how agreements are more than logistics, they are living containers that support trust, accountability, and client transformation.

Session 13: From Awareness to Impact, Facilitating Transformational Change
Awareness is valuable, but transformation happens when insight becomes action. This session helps you support clients in moving from what they realize to what they are ready to do. You’ll learn how to guide clients through uncertainty, choice, and change with clarity and courage.

Session 14: Mentor Coaching Circle 2
This session focuses on Competencies 3 and 8. You’ll practice coaching, observe others, and receive direct feedback on how you are creating agreements and facilitating growth. This circle continues to build your fluency with the advanced behavioral markers in a real-time setting.

Session 15: Positive Psychology Part 1, The Science of Flourishing
This session introduces key principles from positive psychology, including well-being, resilience, and what it means to flourish. You’ll explore how to use these ideas in coaching to help clients strengthen what is already working, move toward fulfillment, and build a deeper sense of possibility.

Session 16: Positive Psychology Part 2, Strengths in Action
Building on the first session, this class invites you to work with strengths-based coaching tools and perspectives. You’ll learn how to help clients identify, apply, and grow their natural talents in ways that increase energy, alignment, and momentum.

Session 17: Positive Psychology Part 3, Unlocking Motivation Through Coaching
In this final session of the series, you’ll explore what motivates human behavior and how to coach toward intrinsic drive. Drawing from positive psychology and coaching science, you’ll learn how to help clients reconnect with their own values, hope, and sense of agency.

Session 18: Advanced Listening, Beyond the Client’s Words
This session focuses on listening beneath the surface. You’ll deepen your ability to notice tone, energy, patterns, and what is not being said. You’ll explore how to stay attuned without leading, and how to respond in ways that reflect both clarity and compassion. This is where listening becomes one of your most powerful coaching tools.

Session 19: Evoking Awareness Through Precision
Effective coaching often comes down to asking the right question at the right time. In this session, you’ll explore how to evoke new awareness using precise language, clean questions, and a deep trust in the client’s capacity. You’ll learn to work with nuance, challenge gently, and support breakthroughs without overcomplicating the process.

Sessions 20 through 25: Mentor Coaching Circles
These six sessions are dedicated to deepening your confidence and sharpening your alignment with the advanced-level coaching competencies. In small groups of four students with an assigned mentor, you’ll engage in real-time coaching, receive personalized feedback, and observe others with an eye for growth. Each circle will guide you to move from occasional insight into consistent, integrated skill. This is where your coaching voice becomes more precise, more grounded, and more your own.

Sessions 26 and 27: Who You Are as a Coach, Your Coaching Manifesto
These sessions invite you into a powerful process of reflection, integration, and identity development. Through guided exercises and coaching conversations, you’ll explore the values, experiences, and perspectives that shape your presence as a coach. This is personal development work at its core, designed to help you clarify who you are, what you stand for, and how you want to show up in the world.

Session 26: Who You Are as a Coach, Part One
This session begins a reflective journey into your personal and professional identity. Through inquiry, guided exercises, and rich discussion, you’ll explore the values, beliefs, and lived experiences that shape your coaching presence. This is a personal development session that invites you to look inward—to consider not just what you do as a coach, but who you are when you do it.

Session 27: Who You Are as a Coach, Part Two, Your Coaching Manifesto
Building on the insights from Session 26, this session supports you in crafting your Coaching Manifesto. More than a written assignment, this is a declaration of your voice, your vision, and your unique lens as a coach and contribution to the profession. It becomes a compass for how you show up in your practice and a powerful integration of the growth you’ve experienced throughout the program.

Session 28: Your Coaching Path from Practice to Prosperity, Part Three
In this final business-focused session, you’ll integrate everything you’ve discovered about your coaching identity and your desired path forward. You’ll refine your offers, clarify your message, and look honestly at what structures, boundaries, and support will help you sustain your practice. This is a space to align your growth with your goals, bringing together the internal and external pieces of building a purposeful coaching business.

Session 29: Cohort Celebration
This optional gathering is a heartfelt space to pause, reflect, and honor the journey you’ve taken with your cohort. You’ll share what you’ve learned, how you’ve grown, and what you’re carrying forward. Whether you attend live or participate in spirit, this celebration is a reminder that while your training may be coming to a close, your path as a coach is just beginning.

Sessions 30 through 33: Individual Mentor Coaching
These individual sessions with your Mentor Coach provide focused, personalized support as you prepare for your final performance evaluation and the next stage of your coaching journey. With direct feedback from your assigned mentor coach, you’ll refine your strengths, address any lingering blind spots, and gain clarity on how your coaching aligns with the advanced-level competencies. These sessions are scheduled at the convenience of the student and mentor and are designed to guide you in integrating everything you’ve learned, build confidence in your unique coaching style, and feel fully prepared to step forward as a professional coach.

Performance Evaluation
The final performance evaluation is a required component of your training and an opportunity to demonstrate your readiness for advanced-level coaching. You’ll submit a recorded coaching session that reflects your ability to integrate the Core Competencies at the advanced level with clarity, presence, and professionalism. Your recording will be assessed by a qualified evaluator, and you’ll receive written feedback to support your continued growth. This is both a milestone and a mirror, offering insight into your development and confidence in your next steps.
